 4. Sales Management. Product managers must ensure that their products reach the right customers through the right channels at the right times at the right price 

5 . Pricing Strategies. Pricing strategies are often one of the most important parts of any product’s marketing campaign 

6. Distribution Channels. The right distribution channel will ensure that a product reaches its target audience quickly and efficiently 

7. Sales Forecasting. As part of his sales forecasts, the manager must also estimate how much his product will sell for. As well as how much it will cost to produce them.
